Job Title: Barista



As a Barista, you will be responsible for creating and serving high-quality coffee beverages to our customers in our café located in Vianden. We are looking for a skilled and friendly individual who has a passion for coffee and enjoys providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, including espresso, cappuccino, latte, and cold brew
- Ensure quality control by properly measuring and grinding coffee beans, steaming milk, and maintaining equipment
- Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and making personalized recommendations
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure a hygienic environment for customers
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Assist with restocking supplies and inventory management

Requirements:
- Prior experience as a Barista or in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of different coffee brewing methods and latte art is a plus
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse customers
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if needed

Salary: We offer a competitive salary of 1500$ per month.

Location: Our café is located in the charming town of Vianden in Luxembourg. It is easily accessible by public transportation.
