Part-Time Administrator

We are seeking a reliable and organized Part-Time Administrator to join our team in Nizwa. As an Administrator, you will be responsible for handling various administrative tasks, including managing paperwork, organizing schedules, and communicating with clients. This is a great opportunity for someone without experience looking to gain valuable skills in a professional setting.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with day-to-day administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and answering phone calls
- Organize and maintain office supplies and equipment
- Schedule appointments and meetings for staff members
- Communicate with clients via email or phone to provide information or assistance
- Help create and maintain databases of client information
- Prepare reports and presentations as needed

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

This is a part-time position offering a salary of 1100$ per month. The working hours will be flexible but will not exceed 20 hours per week. We also provide accommodation for our employees. Preference will be given to candidates with their own visa or those who are freshers looking for their first job opportunity.
