Administrator - Nizwa, Oman
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Administrator to join our team in Nizwa, Oman. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in administrative roles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and organizing paperwork
- Maintain accurate records and databases for employee information, office supplies, and inventory
- Coordinate meetings and appointments for management staff
- Assist with travel arrangements for employees when necessary
- Create and maintain reports and presentations as needed
- Process invoices and track expenses for the office
- Provide support to other departments as needed
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in an administrative role
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic (written and spoken)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Salary: 1200$ per month
