Entry-Level Executive Chef
As an entry-level executive chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations and menu creation at our upscale restaurant in Vianden. Your primary role will be to assist the head chef in preparing and presenting high-quality dishes that meet our customers' expectations. Responsibilities:
- Assist head chef in creating and updating menus
- Prepare and cook dishes according to established recipes
- Ensure food quality, presentation, and flavor meet our standards
- Manage kitchen staff and delegate tasks effectively
- Maintain inventory of food supplies and equipment
- Follow all health and safety regulations
- Train and mentor new kitchen staff members
Requirements:
- Passion for cooking and creating new dishes
- Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Knowledge of various cooking techniques, ingredients, and equipment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent time management skills
- Strong communication and leadership skills

Salary: Starting at 1000$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
