As a Floral Designer, you will be responsible for creating stunning and unique floral designs for weddings, events, and everyday occasions. You will use your expertise in selecting and arranging flowers to create memorable experiences for our clients. Your eye for detail and ability to work under pressure will be essential in this fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to discuss their floral needs and preferences
- Design and create arrangements based on client requests and event themes
- Source high-quality flowers from suppliers and maintain inventory levels
- Prepare flowers by trimming stems, removing leaves, and conditioning blooms
- Arrange flowers in vases, bouquets, centerpieces, and other decorative displays
- Ensure timely delivery of arrangements to clients' locations

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Floral Designer or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of different types of flowers and their seasonal availability
- Strong artistic skills with an eye for color combinations and design aesthetics
- Excellent communication skills to understand client needs and provide suggestions
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time while arranging flowers
