We are hiring a talented and creative Pastry Chef to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As a Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for creating and preparing various types of pastries, desserts, and baked goods. Your main goal will be to delight our customers with your delicious creations while maintaining high standards of quality and presentation.

Responsibilities:
- Create and prepare a variety of pastries, desserts, and baked goods according to recipes or special requests
- Decorate pastries using different icings, toppings, and fillings to enhance their appearance
- Monitor inventory levels of pastry ingredients and place orders when necessary
- Ensure all food safety standards are met in the kitchen at all times
- Train junior pastry chefs and kitchen staff on proper techniques and procedures
- Collaborate with the restaurant's management team to develop new menu items or seasonal offerings
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role in a high-end restaurant or hotel
- Extensive knowledge of pastry arts, ingredients, equipment, and techniques
- Creativity and ability to develop unique flavor combinations and designs
- Strong attention to detail with excellent time-management skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with other kitchen staff

Salary:
Salary for this position is 1800$ per month.

Location:
This job is based in Abu Dhabi, but we welcome applicants from all over the world. Candidates must be willing to relocate if not currently located in Abu Dhabi.

We also encourage Pakistani nationals or Malayalees who have experience as pastry chefs to apply for this role.
