Land Surveyor


A reputable construction company in Muscat is seeking a skilled and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys and measurements of land for the purpose of construction and development projects.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct surveys to determine land boundaries, topography, and other features
- Use advanced equipment such as GPS, robotic total stations, and aerial photography to collect data
- Analyze data and prepare detailed reports for clients
- Create accurate maps and diagrams using software programs such as AutoCAD or GIS
- Coordinate with engineers, architects, and other professionals to ensure accurate surveying results
- Adhere to safety standards and protocols while working on site

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in surveying or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience as a Land Surveyor in the construction industry
- Proficient in using surveying equipment and software programs
- Knowledge of local regulations and laws related to land surveying
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1600$ per month for this full-time position. Benefits such as medical insurance, annual leave, and performance-based bonuses are also provided.

Location:
This position is based in Muscat. Applicants must have a valid biometric passport or be willing to obtain one.
