We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Chef to lead our kitchen team at a prestigious fine dining restaurant in Dickirch, Luxembourg. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and design innovative menus that showcase the best of local and seasonal ingredients
- Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, plating, and presentation
- Train and mentor kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques and food safety standards
- Manage inventory and ordering to ensure availability of necessary ingredients while minimizing waste
- Monitor food quality and consistency to maintain high standards of taste and presentation
- Collaborate with restaurant management to plan special events or themed dinners
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area according to health codes and sanitation standards

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Head Chef or Executive Chef in a high-end restaurant or hotel setting
- Creative approach to menu development with strong knowledge of international cuisines
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Strong understanding of food cost control, inventory management, and budgeting
- Knowledge of current culinary trends and techniques with a keen eye for detail
- Degree or certification in Culinary Arts or related field is preferred
- Fluent in English; knowledge of German or French is an advantage

Salary:
