Baker - Indian or Pakistani Nationals

We are a busy bakery located in Lusail and we are seeking a skilled Baker to join our team. As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing a variety of baked goods such as breads, pastries, and desserts. We are specifically looking for candidates from India or Pakistan who have previous experience working as a Baker.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake various types of breads, pastries, and desserts according to recipes
- Measure and mix ingredients accurately to ensure consistency and quality of products
- Monitor oven temperatures and adjust baking times as needed
- Decorate baked goods with icing, glaze, or other toppings as required
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times
- Maintain inventory of baking supplies and place orders when necessary

Requirements:
- Prior experience working as a Baker is required
- Ability to read and follow recipes accurately
- Knowledge of different types of flours, yeast, sugars, and other baking ingredients
- Familiarity with different baking techniques such as kneading dough and shaping breads
- Basic math skills for measuring ingredients
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality products
- Physically able to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy trays or equipment
