Administrator - Wiltz, Luxembourg
We are searching for a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team in Wiltz, Luxembourg. As an Administrator, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day administrative tasks of our company, ensuring that operations run smoothly and efficiently. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1500$ per month.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain office supplies and equipment inventory
- Answer incoming calls and respond to emails in a timely manner
- Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings
- Keep track of employee attendance and vacation requests
- Assist with payroll processing and maintain employee records
- Prepare documents, reports, and presentations as needed
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders as necessary
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Prior experience as an Administrator or in a similar role is preferred
- Excellent organization skills with the ability to multitask

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Proven ability to meet deadlines
- Must have own valid visa to work in Luxembourg
