Administrative Assistant in Salalah, Oman
We are seeking a competent and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team in Salalah, Oman. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our company and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain office supplies and equipment
- Organize and schedule appointments
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls as necessary
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, letters, faxes, and forms
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail
- Assist with filing, data entry, and record keeping
- Conduct research as needed
- Handle basic accounting tasks such as invoicing and expense tracking
- Coordinate travel arrangements for staff members
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles is preferred
- Must have a biometric passport for international travel
Salary: $1400 per month
Location: Salalah, Oman
