Seasonal Restaurant Manager in Wiltz, Luxembourg
We are currently hiring a Seasonal Restaurant Manager to oversee our restaurant operations in Wiltz, Luxembourg. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for managing and supervising all aspects of the restaurant, including staff, finances, operations, and customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Hire, train, and supervise restaurant staff
- Create work schedules and manage payroll
- Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract customers
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively
- Manage finances and prepare reports for upper management
- Collaborate with the chef to create menus and specials
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations
- Ability to handle stressful situations with ease
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Fluent in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Authorization to work in Luxembourg
