Restaurant Manager
Our busy restaurant in Vianden is seeking a skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant's operations, including managing staff, ensuring high-quality food and service standards, and maintaining a positive dining experience for our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and train staff members, including servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff
- Create work schedules and assign tasks to team members
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Handle customer complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with the chef to create menus and specials
- Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Strong understanding of food safety regulations
- Ability to multitask and handle stressful situations calmly
- Excellent communication skills in English (German or French is a plus)
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Salary: 1700$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
