Phlebotomist
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Phlebotomist to join our team in Sakaka. As a Phlebotomist, you will be responsible for drawing blood from patients for various medical tests and procedures. This position requires excellent communication skills as you will be interacting with patients of all ages and backgrounds. You must also have a gentle touch and be able to maintain patient comfort during the blood draw process.
Responsibilities:
- Greet patients and confirm their identity before beginning the blood draw process
- Prepare equipment and supplies for blood draws
- Draw blood from patients using proper techniques
- Label and store blood samples for testing
- Maintain accurate records of patient information and test results
- Follow safety protocols to prevent contamination or infection
- Communicate with healthcare providers regarding any issues or concerns with patient samples
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Certification in phlebotomy preferred
- Previous experience as a Phlebotomist is a plus
- Excellent communication skills in English, knowledge of Arabic is a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to handle confidential information with sensitivity and professionalism
This is a full-time position, Monday-Friday, with occasional weekend shifts. The salary for this position is 1000$ per month.
