We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Online English Tutor to teach students of various ages and levels. As an Online English Tutor, you will be responsible for creating lesson plans, conducting online classes, and providing feedback to students. This is a contract job with flexible hours and the ability to work from home. No prior experience is required, making this an ideal opportunity for freshers or those looking to enter the education field. Accommodation and visa sponsorship will be provided for non-Kuwaiti applicants. Responsibilities:
- Create engaging lesson plans based on students' needs and abilities
- Conduct online classes using various teaching methods such as videos, presentations, games, etc.
- Provide constructive feedback to students on their progress
- Monitor student attendance and participation in class
- Collaborate with other tutors or supervisors as needed
- Stay up-to-date with current teaching methods and materials

Requirements:
- Native or near-native proficiency in English
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field preferred
- Previous tutoring or teaching experience is a plus but not required
- Excellent communication skills and ability to adapt teaching style to different learners
- Tech-savvy with the ability to use various online learning platforms
- Reliable internet connection and suitable workspace at home

Salary:
This is a contract job paying 1500$ per month.

Location:
This position is located in Bayan, Kuwait. However, remote work may be considered for exceptional candidates.
