Sales Manager



We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Medina. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales activities of our company and ensuring that our targets are met.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and potential customers
- Lead a team of sales representatives and provide training and guidance to improve their performance
- Analyze market trends and gather customer feedback to identify new opportunities for growth
- Create and present sales reports to the management team
- Set sales targets, track progress, and make necessary adjustments to meet or exceed goals
- Stay updated on industry developments, competitor activities, and market conditions

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role in the sales industry
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions
