Sales Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Ajman. As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all sales activities for our company. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1000$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets
- Identify new potential clients and maintain relationships with existing ones
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth
- Train and motivate sales team to ensure maximum performance
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a timely manner

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in sales, preferably in the same industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate and manage a team
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Must be able to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
