We are seeking an experienced and driven Sales Manager to join our growing team in Ajman. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team, developing sales strategies, and driving business growth. This role is suitable for a male candidate from Pakistan with a valid UAE visa and no English language requirement.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth
- Lead and manage the sales team by setting clear goals and providing guidance and support
- Identify new business opportunities and establish relationships with potential clients
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competition
- Set sales targets and monitor performance to ensure targets are met or exceeded
- Prepare sales reports and present them to senior management
- Train, motivate, and mentor sales team members to improve their performance
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Sales Manager in the UAE
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team
- Fluency in Urdu or any Pakistani dialect is preferred but not required
