Job Title: Construction Manager - Remish

As a Construction Manager, you will oversee and manage the planning, coordination, and implementation of construction projects in Remish. You will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. Your duties will include conducting site inspections, coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers, managing project budgets and schedules, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize and manage construction projects from start to finish
- Develop project schedules and monitor progress to ensure timely completion
- Oversee project budgets to ensure cost-effectiveness
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and identify potential issues
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project status
- Resolve any conflicts or issues that may arise during the construction process

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field (preferred)
- Proven experience as a Construction Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes and regulations
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team of workers
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Proficient in project management software

Salary: 1500$ per month
