Restaurant Manager (Malayalee Candidates Only)

As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant in Lusail. Your main duties will include managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and implementing policies and procedures to maintain a high level of service and quality. To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience in the food and beverage industry and be able to handle a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations of the restaurant
- Supervise and train staff on their duties
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly
- Create schedules for employees and ensure adequate staffing levels
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operation of the restaurant
- Implement marketing strategies to attract new customers
- Maintain financial records and manage budgets

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
- Knowledge of food and beverage industry regulations and standards
- Excellent communication skills in Malayalam (English proficiency is a plus)
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate a team
- Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on providing exceptional service
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
