Restaurant Manager - Indian Cuisine

The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our Indian cuisine restaurant located in Lusail. They will work closely with the kitchen staff to ensure high-quality food and service are consistently delivered to our guests. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a passion for Indian cuisine, and proven experience managing a successful restaurant.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the restaurant, including staffing, budgeting, inventory control, and customer service.
- Supervise and train front-of-house and back-of-house staff to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Monitor food quality and presentation to ensure consistency and adherence to company standards.
- Create schedules for employees that meet business needs while adhering to labor laws.
- Maintain inventory levels and monitor cost controls to meet budget requirements.
- Handle customer complaints in a professional manner, resolving any issues promptly.
- Collaborate with the chef on menu design, pricing, and specials.
- Develop marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain current ones.

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager in an Indian cuisine restaurant is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Indian cuisine, ingredients, and cooking techniques.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train staff effectively.
- Proven track record of meeting financial targets and controlling costs.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills with proficiency in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus).
- Must have legal authorization to work in Lusail.

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1500$ per month.

Note: This job is open only to candidates who are Indian nationals or have relevant experience in managing an Indian cuisine restaurant. Fluency in English is preferred but not required.
