A well-established construction company in Wiltz is seeking a highly experienced Contract Construction Manager to join our team. As a Contract Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects, from planning and budgeting to managing subcontractors and ensuring quality workmanship.

Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans and budgets in collaboration with clients and stakeholders
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure timely completion of projects
- Oversee subcontractors and ensure they adhere to project specifications
- Monitor progress and make necessary adjustments to stay on schedule and within budget
- Conduct site visits to ensure safety protocols are being followed and quality standards are met
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project status
- Address any issues or delays that may arise during the construction process
- Maintain accurate records of all project documents, including contracts, change orders, and invoices
- Ensure compliance with all local building codes and regulations

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Construction Manager
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple construction projects simultaneously
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and methods
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders
- Ability to read blueprints and understand technical drawings
- Familiarity with building codes and regulations in Luxembourg
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred

We offer a competitive salary of 1800$ per month along with accommodation. This is a contract position, but there is potential for permanent employment for the right candidate.
