Restaurant Manager - Nizwa, Oman



We are in search of an experienced and efficient Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant in Nizwa, Oman. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the food and beverage industry, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service and ensuring high-quality dining experiences for all guests.

Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the restaurant, including staffing, training, and scheduling
- Oversee food and beverage ordering, inventory management, and cost control
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Monitor and maintain restaurant cleanliness and presentation standards
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Create and implement strategies to increase revenue and improve profitability
- Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure consistency in menu offerings and quality of food
- Develop relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products at competitive prices

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
- Knowledge of food safety guidelines and procedures
- Understanding of budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting
- Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a managerial role within the food service industry
- Knowledge of Omani culture is preferred but not required

Salary: 1600$ per month without accommodation. This is a full-time position with potential for growth within our company. We offer competitive compensation packages, including health insurance.
