Entry-Level Restaurant Manager



We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Restaurant Manager. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about the food and beverage industry and is looking to start their career in restaurant management.

As an Entry-Level Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for assisting with the day-to-day operations of the restaurant. This includes supervising staff, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, managing inventory and supplies, and maintaining cleanliness and safety standards.

We are looking for a candidate who is a quick learner, has strong communication skills, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in the food and beverage industry is not required, but a willingness to learn and grow in this role is essential.

This position is based in Nizwa, with a salary of $1100 per month. We offer free visa sponsorship and air ticket for the right candidate. Accommodation can also be provided if needed.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise restaurant staff during shifts
- Train new employees on procedures and standards
- Ensure excellent customer service at all times
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the restaurant
- Handle any customer complaints or concerns promptly
- Assist with creating schedules for staff members
- Prepare reports on sales, expenses, and employee performance

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Strong communication skills (English proficiency required)
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Previous experience in the food industry is a plus but not required
- Knowledge of food safety regulations is preferred
- Must be able to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
