Land Surveyor


We are hiring a Land Surveyor to join our team in Medina. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys to determine property boundaries, creating detailed maps and reports, and providing accurate measurements for construction projects.

Responsibilities:
- Conducting surveys using various surveying instruments such as total stations, GPS receivers, and digital levels
- Collecting data on land features and boundaries, including topography, elevations, and natural features
- Analyzing survey data to create maps, plans, and reports for clients
- Providing accurate measurements for construction projects and ensuring compliance with legal requirements
- Collaborating with engineers, architects, and other professionals to ensure proper placement of structures on the land
- Maintaining accurate records of survey data and producing detailed reports as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Land Surveyor
- Proficiency in using surveying instruments and software such as AutoCAD and GIS
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and mathematical skills
- Excellent communication skills in English (Malayalam proficiency is preferred)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1300$ per month for this full-time position. Accommodation will also be provided.
