Job Title: Indian Waiter in Jizan, Saudi Arabia


We are seeking an experienced Indian waiter to join our restaurant team in Jizan, Saudi Arabia. As a waiter, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and creating a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for our guests.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and take their orders promptly and accurately
- Make menu recommendations and answer any questions about the dishes
- Serve food and beverages to customers in a timely manner
- Ensure customer satisfaction by checking on them regularly during their meal
- Handle any customer complaints or concerns professionally and resolve them effectively
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the dining area, including tables, chairs, and floors
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service and accurate orders
- Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately using our POS system

Requirements:
- Prior experience as a waiter in a restaurant setting is preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and multitask during busy periods
- Good knowledge of food and beverage menus to make recommendations to customers
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1600$ per month for this full-time position.
