Job Title: Experienced Barista in Remish, Belarus


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Barista to join our team in Remish, Belarus. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and smoothies. You must have excellent customer service skills and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages according to customer preferences
- Maintain high standards of quality control, including proper storage and preparation of ingredients
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene in the work area at all times
- Greet customers with a friendly attitude and provide exceptional customer service
- Take orders accurately and handle cash transactions efficiently
- Participate in training sessions to improve knowledge of coffee varieties, brewing techniques, and drink recipes
- Keep track of inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours

Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Barista or similar role
- Excellent knowledge of coffee varieties, brewing techniques, and drink recipes
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills and ability to provide exceptional customer service
- Attention to detail to ensure consistency in drink quality
- Biometric passport and valid work permit for Belarus
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Salary: 1100$ per month with accommodation provided.
