Head Chef


We are searching for an experienced Head Chef to join our dynamic team in Abu Dhabi. As the Head Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and staff management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Indian or Egyptian cuisine and possess excellent leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create innovative and authentic Indian or Egyptian dishes for our menu
- Supervise and train kitchen staff to ensure high-quality food production
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure fresh and high-quality ingredients
- Manage inventory and control food costs
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen at all times
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with other departments to plan special events and promotions

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Head Chef in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Extensive knowledge of Indian or Egyptian cuisine and cooking techniques
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train a team
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Fluent in English (knowledge of Arabic is a plus)
- Must be willing to work flexible hours including weekends

Salary: 1200$ per month (tax-free)
