Managerial Accountant


A reputable financial firm in Jeddah is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Managerial Accountant to join our team. We are looking for a detail-oriented individual who can oversee the financial operations of our company and provide strategic guidance to help us achieve our long-term goals. This position requires strong leadership skills, excellent analytical abilities, and a thorough understanding of accounting principles.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day financial operations of the company
- Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, reports, and budgets
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with laws and regulations
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and make strategic recommendations
- Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement financial plans
- Manage cash flow and assist with budget planning
- Develop and maintain relationships with banks, auditors, and other external parties
- Train and supervise accounting staff to ensure their performance meets company standards

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance (Master's degree preferred)
- Minimum of 5 years experience in managerial accounting or a related field
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, laws, and regulations
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with others
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team towards achieving goals
- Proficiency in relevant software programs (e.g. Excel, QuickBooks)
- Fluency in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus)

Salary: 1200$ per month

Location: Jeddah
