Indian Administrator in Al Ahmadi, Kuwait
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Indian Administrator to join our team in Al Ahmadi, Kuwait. As an administrator, you will be responsible for managing daily office tasks and providing support to our employees. This is an urgent position and requires candidates with a valid biometric passport.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring they are well-stocked and maintained
- Coordinate travel arrangements for employees, including flights, accommodation, and transportation
- Maintain accurate records of expenses and invoices
- Prepare documents, reports, and presentations as needed
- Schedule meetings and appointments for executives
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails promptly
- Assist with onboarding new employees and conducting orientation programs
- Handle any administrative tasks assigned by the management team
Requirements:
- Must be an Indian national with a valid biometric passport
- Proven work experience as an administrator or similar role is preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Knowledge of Arabic is an advantage but not required
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Salary: 1400$ per month
