Restaurant Manager


We are hiring a Restaurant Manager for our Indian restaurant in Hawalli. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant and ensuring that our guests have an exceptional dining experience. You must have previous experience in a similar role, excellent communication skills in English, and be willing to work on a contract basis.

Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the restaurant including staff, inventory, and budgeting
- Create schedules and assign tasks to team members
- Train new employees on company policies and procedures
- Ensure high-quality service is provided to customers at all times
- Monitor food quality and presentation to maintain standards
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the restaurant
- Work with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of ingredients and supplies
- Keep track of inventory levels and place orders as needed
- Analyze financial reports to make informed decisions about pricing and promotions

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role for at least 2 years.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and motivate a team.
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
- Knowledge of Indian cuisine is preferred.
- Ability to work on a contract basis.
- Must be able to handle high-stress situations with ease.
- Good understanding of financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.

Salary: $1100 per month
