Executive Chef
Our 5-star restaurant in Remish is seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team. As the head of our culinary department, you will be responsible for creating and overseeing the menu, managing and training kitchen staff, and ensuring the highest quality of food and service for our guests.
Responsibilities:
- Create and update menu offerings based on seasonal availability and customer preferences
- Oversee all aspects of food preparation, including cooking, plating, and presentation
- Train and manage kitchen staff to maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and efficiency
- Collaborate with management to develop cost-effective strategies for purchasing ingredients without compromising quality
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain accurate records
- Regularly communicate with front-of-house staff to ensure smooth coordination between the kitchen and dining area
- Stay updated on industry trends and new techniques to continually improve our menu offerings
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a high-end restaurant or hotel
- In-depth knowledge of various cuisines, cooking methods, and techniques
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with other departments
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Own visa preferred
- Culinary degree or equivalent certification is a plus
Salary: $1200 per month
This is an urgent position that requires immediate availability. Preference will be given to candidates currently residing in Remish or willing to relocate at their own expense.
