Business Coach - Al-Khor, Qatar


Our organization is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Coach to join our team in Al-Khor, Qatar. As a Business Coach, you will be responsible for providing guidance and support to individuals and teams to help them achieve their professional goals. This is a contract position with a salary of 1000$ per month.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct individual and group coaching sessions to help clients identify their strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement
- Develop personalized coaching plans for each client based on their specific needs and goals
- Provide feedback and guidance on business strategies, leadership skills, and professional development
- Help clients create action plans to achieve their desired outcomes
- Monitor progress of clients and provide ongoing support as needed
- Collaborate with other coaches and team members to share best practices and enhance coaching techniques
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide relevant insights to clients

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Coach or in a similar role
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Strong understanding of business principles, strategies, and leadership techniques
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Urdu (knowledge of Arabic is a plus)
- Proven track record of successfully coaching individuals or teams towards achieving their goals
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Highly organized with strong time-management skills
