Land Surveyor

As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys to determine boundaries, elevations, and other features of land using specialized equipment and technology. Your duties will include analyzing data, creating maps and reports, and presenting findings to clients or stakeholders. This position requires strong mathematical and analytical skills, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with team members and clients. You must also be familiar with relevant laws and regulations related to land surveying. This is a contract job with a salary of 1300$ per month, offering accommodation and suitable for those without prior experience in the field. Preference will be given to Indian candidates who are fluent in English and have their own visa. This role is based in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys using specialized equipment such as GPS systems, total stations, and drones
- Analyze survey data to determine property lines, elevations, contours, and other features
- Create detailed maps and reports based on survey findings
- Present findings to clients or stakeholders in a clear and concise manner
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations related to land surveying
- Collaborate with team members on projects and provide support as needed
- Maintain accurate records of survey data for future reference

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in surveying or related field
- Proven experience as a Land Surveyor or similar role
- Proficient in operating GPS systems, total stations, drones, and other surveying equipment
- Strong mathematical skills with the ability to analyze complex data
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations related to land surveying
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Indian nationality preferred
- Must have own visa
