Job Title: Cashier - Salalah, Oman
We are hiring a professional Cashier to join our team in Salalah, Oman. As a Cashier, you will be responsible for accurately processing transactions and providing excellent customer service to our clients. We are looking for an individual who is detail-oriented, organized, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers as they enter the store and provide friendly and efficient service
- Process cash and credit card transactions accurately using POS system
- Maintain an accurate cash drawer by counting money at the beginning and end of each shift
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely manner
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operation of the store
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a cashier or in a similar role preferred
- Strong math skills and attention to detail
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 20 pounds
