Personal Trainer
As a Personal Trainer, you will be responsible for creating personalized fitness plans and helping clients achieve their health and fitness goals. You will work closely with clients to assess their current fitness level, set realistic goals, and develop customized workouts and nutrition plans. Additionally, you will provide guidance and support to help clients maintain proper form and technique during exercises.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial consultations with clients to assess their health and fitness goals
- Create personalized workout plans based on individual needs and goals
- Demonstrate proper exercise form and technique
- Provide ongoing support and motivation to clients
- Monitor client progress and adjust workout plans as needed
- Educate clients on the importance of nutrition in achieving fitness goals
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workout environment
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and research to provide the best services to clients
Requirements:
- Certified personal trainer with at least 2 years of experience
- Excellent knowledge of exercise science, anatomy, and nutrition principles
- Strong communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others
- Proven track record of helping clients achieve their fitness goals
- Ability to adapt workouts for individuals with injuries or limitations
- Knowledge of different training methods such as HIIT, strength training, cardio, etc.
- Passion for health and fitness
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Location:
This is a contract job located in Al-Malikiyah. Visa sponsorship is available for non-national candidates.
Salary:
Starting salary for this position is $1200 per month.
