Job Title: Contract Merchandiser - Dar Kulaib


We are currently recruiting for a Contract Merchandiser to join our team in Dar Kulaib. As a merchandiser, you will be responsible for planning and implementing visual merchandising strategies to increase customer engagement and sales. This is a contract position with visa sponsorship available for all nationalities.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop effective merchandising strategies
- Create visually appealing product displays that highlight key features and promotions
- Monitor inventory levels and make recommendations for stock replenishment
- Conduct market research to keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities
- Ensure that all merchandise is properly priced, labeled, and displayed with accurate information
- Train and supervise sales associates on proper merchandising techniques
- Participate in store events and promotions to drive sales

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a merchandiser or in a similar role preferred
- Strong understanding of visual merchandising techniques and principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends

Salary:
We are offering a competitive salary of 1700$ per month for this contract position.
