Florist - Full Time Position in Isa Town, Bahrain



We are seeking a skilled and creative Florist to join our team in Isa Town, Bahrain. As a Florist, you will be responsible for creating beautiful floral arrangements for various occasions such as weddings, parties, and corporate events. Your attention to detail, artistic vision, and knowledge of different types of flowers and plants will be essential in providing exceptional service to our clients.

Responsibilities:
- Design and create unique floral arrangements according to client’s preferences and event theme
- Select appropriate flowers and plants based on their seasonality and availability
- Ensure the quality of all floral products by regularly inspecting and maintaining the freshness of flowers
- Maintain inventory of floral supplies and order new stock when needed
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting clients with their orders and offering suggestions for suitable arrangements
- Collaborate with event planners, wedding coordinators, and other vendors to ensure timely delivery of floral products
- Keep up with current trends in floral design to offer modern and innovative options to clients
- Maintain a clean work area and follow proper sanitation guidelines for handling flowers

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Florist or similar role in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for flowers with knowledge of different types, colors, textures, and arrangements
- Creativity with an eye for detail to create unique designs that meet client’s expectations
- Strong communication skills to effectively communicate with clients, team members, and vendors
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a high-pressure environment
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time while working with flowers
- Flexibility to work weekends or holidays when necessary

Salary:
This is a full-time position offering a monthly salary of 1100$. Accommodation will also be provided.
