The Office Assistant will support the daily operations of our office in Vianden, Luxembourg. This is a part-time position with a salary of 1200$ per month. We are seeking a candidate who has previous experience in an office setting and is able to handle various administrative tasks. This role also includes accommodation for the selected candidate.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors and clients
- Answer phone calls and emails
- Organize and maintain files and documents
- Schedule appointments and meetings
- Assist with basic accounting tasks
- Order office supplies when needed
- Perform general administrative duties as assigned

Requirements:
- Previous experience as an office assistant or in a similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Biometric passport is required for all nationalities

This position is suitable for someone who has a flexible schedule and is able to work part-time hours. The ideal candidate should be reliable, responsible, and able to work independently. Fluency in English is required, knowledge of other languages is a plus.
