Sales Manager for Luxury Boutique in Clairvaux
We are a prestigious luxury boutique in the beautiful city of Clairvaux, seeking an experienced and driven Sales Manager to join our team. This is a full-time, urgent position with a salary of $1300 per month.
As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales operations of our boutique. Your main objective will be to drive sales and increase revenue while providing exceptional customer service to our clients. You will also be responsible for managing a team of sales associates and ensuring that they meet their sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue and meet targets
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement
- Train and motivate sales associates to provide excellent customer service
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members
- Assist with inventory management and ensure stock levels are maintained
- Collaborate with marketing department to create promotional campaigns and events
- Build relationships with clients and maintain a loyal customer base
- Handle any customer complaints or issues in a professional manner
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager, preferably in the luxury retail industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Knowledge of inventory management and basic accounting principles
- Customer-focused with a passion for providing exceptional service
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken (French language skills are a plus)
- Must have legal authorization to work in Clairvaux
