Entry Level Waiter/Waitress in Dickirch


We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as entry level waiters/waitresses in Dickirch. As a waiter/waitress, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests while maintaining a positive and welcoming atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a timely and friendly manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately
- Serve food and beverages to guests
- Ensure guest satisfaction by attending to their needs promptly
- Handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism and escalate to management if necessary
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, floors, and other surfaces
- Assist with setting up tables for service and clearing them after guests have left
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (12 pass jobs are welcome)
- No prior experience required, training will be provided on the job
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure under pressure
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and welcoming attitude
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds
(preferably physically fit)
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
