Online Tutor

We are hiring an Online Tutor to join our team in Dickirch. As an Online Tutor, you will be responsible for providing virtual tutoring services to students of all ages and levels. This is a full-time position that offers a salary of 1300$ per month.

The ideal candidate for this role should have a strong passion for teaching and possess excellent communication skills. You will be working with students from diverse backgrounds, so the ability to adapt teaching methods to meet individual needs is crucial. Prior experience as a tutor is not required, but you must be knowledgeable in the subject areas you will be teaching.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct virtual tutoring sessions with students using various online platforms
- Create lesson plans and provide personalized instruction based on the student's learning pace and style
- Evaluate student progress and provide feedback to parents or guardians
- Collaborate with other tutors and educators to develop effective teaching strategies
- Stay updated with curriculum changes and incorporate them into lesson plans as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field (or currently pursuing)
- Strong knowledge in at least one subject area (Math, Science, English, etc.)
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Familiarity with online teaching tools and platforms
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple students simultaneously
- Availability during after-school hours and weekends

Preferred qualifications:

- Certification or training in online teaching methods
