We are hiring an experienced Online Tutor to join our team in Nairobi. As an Online Tutor, you will be responsible for providing high-quality educational support and guidance to students through virtual lessons and assessments. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in teaching or tutoring, strong communication skills, and a passion for helping students achieve academic success. This is a contract position with a salary of 1400$, and accommodation can also be provided if necessary. Candidates must have their own visa to work in Nairobi. This position is open to all genders.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct virtual lessons and assessments for students in various subjects
- Develop lesson plans and materials based on each student's needs and learning style
- Provide personalized support and guidance to help students achieve academic success
- Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback to parents or guardians
- Collaborate with other tutors or teachers to ensure consistency in curriculum and teaching methods
- Keep track of student attendance, grades, and other important information
- Stay up-to-date with current educational trends and techniques
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
- Previous experience in teaching or tutoring
- Strong knowledge of subject(s) being taught
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet individual student needs
- Proficient in using virtual teaching tools
- Organizational skills for keeping track of student progress
- Patience, empathy, and a passion for helping students learn

Salary: 1400$ per month
