Architectural Technologist

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Architectural Technologist to join our team in Beer-Sheva. As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for creating technical drawings and models for architectural projects, utilizing your knowledge of building materials and construction techniques. You will work closely with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure that designs are feasible and meet all necessary regulations.

Responsibilities:
- Create detailed technical drawings and models using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to develop design concepts and ensure feasibility
- Research building materials and construction techniques to determine the most suitable options for each project
- Prepare project specifications and cost estimates
- Review plans for compliance with building codes, regulations, and zoning laws
- Oversee the production of construction documents
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure adherence to design plans

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an Architectural Technologist in a reputable firm
- Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Knowledge of building materials, construction techniques, and building codes/regulations
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce accurate technical drawings/models
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with team members
