Junior Architectural Technologist
As a Junior Architectural Technologist, you will work under the supervision of experienced professionals to assist with the design and development of architectural plans and drawings. You will be based in Beer-Sheva, Israel and will receive a competitive salary of 1100$ per month.
In this role, you will use your knowledge of building codes and design principles to support the creation of functional, safe, and aesthetically pleasing structures. You will collaborate with architects, engineers, and other team members to produce accurate and detailed drawings using computer-aided design software. Your attention to detail and advanced technical skills will be crucial in ensuring that all designs adhere to industry standards and client specifications.
The ideal candidate for this position is a recent graduate or someone with minimal experience in architectural technology. You should have a strong understanding of architectural concepts and the ability to interpret and implement design concepts into practical building plans. Excellent communication skills are essential as you will be working closely with colleagues from various disciplines.
Your responsibilities will include conducting research on materials, construction techniques, and building codes; preparing detailed drawings for construction projects; assisting with site visits; and communicating project updates to team members. You should also be comfortable working independently as well as part of a team.
To succeed in this role, you must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively. Proficiency in computer-aided design software such as AutoCAD is required. Knowledge of other relevant software programs is desirable.
