As a Senior Architect in our firm located in the vibrant city of Beer-Sheva, Israel, you will play a crucial role in designing and overseeing the construction of various architectural projects. Your extensive experience and expertise in architecture will be utilized to provide innovative solutions and ensure the successful completion of projects.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of architects and designers to develop high-quality architectural designs.
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure project requirements are met.
- Create detailed drawings, 3D models, and renderings using computer-aided design software.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise during construction.
- Review building codes and regulations to ensure compliance with all necessary standards.
- Develop cost estimates for materials, labor, and other project expenses.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior architects on the team.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an architect, preferably in commercial or residential projects.
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other design software.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with a team.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex architectural projects from conception to completion.
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
- Biometric passport (preferred).
