Location: Beer-Sheva, Israel



Our architecture firm is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our team in Beer-Sheva. As the Senior Architect, you will be responsible for leading and managing architectural projects from conception to completion. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1600$ per month.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage architectural projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Develop and present design proposals to clients, incorporating their feedback and ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineers, contractors, and interior designers to ensure project success.
- Oversee the production of detailed drawings, specifications, and blueprints for construction.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure design integrity is maintained.
- Mentor junior architects and provide guidance on design concepts, techniques, and software usage.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or equivalent.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in architectural design.
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or other relevant software.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations in Israel.
- Exceptional creativity and attention to detail.
