Entry-Level Waiter in Jerusalem


We are seeking a passionate and hard-working Entry-Level Waiter to join our team at a bustling restaurant in the heart of Jerusalem. As a Waiter, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, taking orders, serving food and drinks, and handling payments. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to gain experience in the hospitality industry and build a career as a waiter.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and efficient manner
- Provide menu recommendations and take accurate food and drink orders
- Serve food and drinks promptly with attention to detail
- Ensure guest satisfaction by anticipating their needs and promptly resolving any issues or complaints
- Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, chairs, utensils, and dining area
- Assist with opening or closing duties as assigned by the manager

Requirements:
- No previous experience required as we will provide training
- Must have excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure under pressure
- Strong communication skills in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
