Temporary Concierge in Jerusalem

We are in need of a temporary Concierge to join our team in Jerusalem. This is an excellent opportunity for someone without experience to gain valuable skills and knowledge in the hospitality industry. As a Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring their needs and requests are met promptly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests upon their arrival
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes
- Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
- Make reservations for guests at restaurants, shows, and other activities
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests in a courteous manner
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
- Follow safety protocols to protect both guests and staff

Requirements:
- Must be male with a valid work visa for Israel (visa sponsorship available)
- High school diploma or equivalent (hospitality or tourism degree preferred)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Fluent in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Salary: $1100 per month (negotiable based on experience)
