Data Analytics Specialist


We are searching for a highly skilled Data Analytics Specialist to join our team in Ashdod. As a Data Analytics Specialist, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing and interpreting large sets of data to identify trends and provide valuable insights to the business. Your main goal will be to optimize our company's data-driven decision making process.

Responsibilities:
- Collect and organize large sets of data from various sources
- Analyze data using statistical techniques and provide actionable insights
- Develop and implement data models, algorithms, and statistical tools
- Identify patterns and trends in data to support business decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business objectives and provide solutions through data analysis
- Continuously monitor data quality and ensure accuracy of results
- Communicate complex findings in a clear and understandable manner to non-technical stakeholders

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics or related field
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze and interpret large datasets
- Proficiency in SQL, Python or R for data manipulation and analysis
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex findings in a simple manner
- Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines
